Orders and Payment

Simply browse the product categories that interest you. Once you've located an item to order, click on the "Add to Cart " button. You'll immediately be taken to the "View Cart" screen where you can verify the item you have selected, remove the item or adjust quantities. From the view cart screen you can either continue shopping and select additional items or checkout.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Elo, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. During checkout you'll be asked to enter your billing, shipping and credit card information. When you've finished entering this information, simply press the "Pay Now" button.

Note: all charges will be listed as Magma Products on your credit card statement.

Your credit card will be charged for the Order Total amount at time of shipping.

All pricing and shopping cart Subtotals, Taxes, and Grand Totals are in USD (United States Dollars).

Your credit card will be authorized in real-time using Shopify Pay (usually takes less than 60 sec.). If the authorization is successful you will be presented with an order confirmation page and an email copy of your order.

You can make changes to your order anytime during the checkout process prior to submitting the order. Once you have submitted the order you cannot make any changes through the website. If you have submitted the order in error or need to make a change please contact customer support as soon as possible so we can assist you. Have your email confirmation or order number available so we can more efficiently help you.

International orders are accepted on our website.  However, our website is currently configured to only support transactions in US Dollars. 

Customs procedures, and fees associated with importation vary from country to country.  These fees, that will be charged to you by the carrier you have selected, can be quite substantial.  Magma Products LLC has no way of knowing what these costs are and is not able to include these charges on your quotation or invoice.

Magma is not responsible for any costs, delays, or problems encountered due to importation procedures as these are not within our control.

All costs associated with importation are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All fees, due at the time of importation, must be paid by the customer upon delivery in the destination country.

Importation costs are not included in the merchandise price or in the shipping charges.

Failure by the customer to pay customs fees, duties, importation fees or applicable taxes will result in the merchandise being abandoned.

No refunds will be given by Magma Products LLC for abandoned merchandise.

Please check your local customs regulations before placing your order.

Magma Products LLC collects sales tax on orders being shipped to addresses within California.  There is no sales tax collected for shipments delivered outside of California.
